We are looking for partners to invest in stock market together. We will form a limited partnership with William Dai as the general partner of the partnership and use the same way as Buffett’s partnership to share profit.
Each limited partners will receive an interest per year at a fixed rate upon agreement among the partners and 75-percent of the profits generated above this rate. William will be paid the other 25-percent. In Buffett Associates, Ltd’s (Buffett’s first partnership) case the fixed rate was 6%.
